Meat the Team! - MllO - Backed by Science, Bolstered by Experience, and Built with Love

As a team, we gather once per week in the MllO studio to talk about the topics at hand. You choose topics as we look at as many angles to see how we can overcome these issues and possibly make better choices and live better lives. We each bring a unique perspective to the table, and we encourage you to join us live, 8 pm every Thursday. Do you have a big life question? Please post it here and let's do this together!

Andrew Jones

Andrew is 56 years old (formerly from Bristol in the United Kingdom) attended Bedminster Down Primary school in Bristol in the U.K. and then Brunel College at the age of 16 to study communication for graphic arts. Moving to the United States at the age of 26, he became a graphic designer and artist by trade, with over 40 years in the industry. Andrew currently teaches graphic design, 3D animation, and digital media at PCTI in Wayne for over seven years. He began the early stages of what would someday become MllO, over eight years ago. Andrew has been practicing meditation for over 25 years, though he is currently studying Meditation, Yoga, and S.E.L. to gain certification in these areas, to be of service to the community. Andrew is married and has two children, 28 and 21 years old. His interests include photography, sculpting with paper, drawing, creating, and making furniture. Andrew also has a small YouTube channel for about the last 15 years.

Alima De’Love Pudup

she/her/hers) formerly Alima Williams, is a School counselor (MA) and Licensed Associate Counselor(LAC). Alima attended William Paterson University(2003-2007) and graduated with a BA in English Literature/Education. Alima taught English I and Creative Writing from 2007-2016. Alima coached Boys Varsity Basketball (Assistant Coach 2007-2019) and Girls Varsity Volleyball (2008-2009/Head Coach 2010-2019). Alima earned her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction in 2009. In 2016, Alima completed her Master’s degree in School Counseling (Montclair State University) and transitioned to the role of school counselor. Alima married Michael Pudup in 2014. Michael is also an educator, former Engineer and teacher of mathematics, who now teaches Engineering. Alima and Michael have one son, Leo, who was born in August 2020. Alima’s interests include traveling, sports, karaoke, Crossfit and spending time with friends and family.

David Ritchie

He is 39 years old and in his 18th year teaching. He has a bachelor's degree in English education and a masters degree in educational leadership with certifications to be a supervisor and principal. He has taught students in all grade levels from 6th grade on up to 12th grade, and he has taught all student ability levels up to advanced placement classes. David also has seven years experience coaching middle school and high school basketball. He has been married for eight years and has three children ages 6, 3, and 1. David’s interests include sports, movies, and traveling.

Daniel Ambrose

Daniel is 58 years old and has lived in New Jersey for almost all of his life. He has taught for 19 years, grades six through twelve and holds a BA in English and a Master's degree in teaching. He has been married for 21 years and has a college aged daughter. Before becoming a teacher, Daniel held positions in sales and technical consulting. His most recent transition has been from ACT Prep instructor to Student Success Coordinator, formerly known as Discipline Coordinator. He has coached high school soccer and currently coaches the high school chess team. For the last eight years he has also been a GED instructor for inmates at the Passaic County Jail. His interests include physical fitness, traveling and reading nonfiction.
