Rules & Guidlines
- You can share your story anonymously to help others understand they are not alone.
- All submissions must be in your own words. We check for plagiarism.
- By submitting any content: written or spoken, you give MllO.app and its creator full permission to publish the content to assist others using this site and future app.
- Please keep the audio recordings under 20 minutes.
- Written content can be as long as you wish (tell your story truthfully and without profanity)
- By submitting any content to MllO, you affirm you are at least 18 years of age.
- MllO will anonymize all references to actual people and places.
- If you express in your story, that you wish to cause yourself harm. It is our responsibility to tell someone. Please visit the I Need Help page, if you need help. That being said, we do not track names or email addresses for all submitted content, unless you wish to be acknowledged for your real-life story.
