Tokens of Strength
You Are Stronger Than You Know
The wooden token you have chosen is known as a “Token of Strength” it is a token to help you understand you have everything you need within you.
You have all the capability of confidence, love, compassion and guidance etc. Though for some of you, many of these abilities have not been used before, so they may feel foreign to you. For most of us, not having used something like selflessness or acceptance, feels like an ability you do not have. But it is deep in there, just waiting to be discovered.
If it helps you, treat these tokens as though they are imbued with the essence of the trait you need in your life at this moment. For example, if you need optimism in your life in order to see the silver lining in life’s ups and downs, that there is also a positive side to life’s turmoil, take the optimism token to help you feel more positive, knowing there is a token of that strength with you at all times.
In the weeks ahead, we will have a break down for further understanding of all the tokens in the collection. To assist you in your journey. As the weeks pass and you find maybe you need tokens of a different kind, come back for a new token that you require for that time in your life.
